Amazon Prime Day Deals are closed with record breaking sales. In 2017, sales grew by more than 60% in compare to the previous year.

People of 13 different countries shopped over Amazon to take advantage of Prime Day Deals. According to Amazon – The most popular purchase was the Echo Dot.

Last year, Amazon run Prime Day for 24 hours instead of 30 hours targeting fewer countries would be considered as one of the main reasons for this staggering sales of this year.

According to Amazon, more people have joined Prime on 11 July and numbers are historical. To take advantage of discounts, online shoppers had to be joined Amazon as member. It costs $99 a year, or $10.9 a month with perks like free, two-day shipping and access to Prime Video and Prime Music.

As per the new survey on Statista, Amazon’s Prime members are tend to be more loyal than regular or no-prime members. In 2017, prime members are approximately spend 1,300 U.S. dollars annually, compared to 700 U.S. dollars spending of non-Prime members.

It clearly shows that Prime Day Deals are gaining more and more popularity with every passing year and would remain as Amazon’s main strategy for gaining more new members and increased sales.
